As per the norms of the society every one must complete 16 years education to be eligible to get into white collar jobs or so called corporate jobs. If we do proper analysis then majority of us have studied for the sake of marks and grades and mere completion of degree (If you don’t fall into this category then you are definitely an exception). Once done with education then the next best thing expected from us is to get a corporate job working from 9 am to 6 pm (as per labor law). Definitely there is nothing wrong in this and we get lot of appreciations for doing this. With this achievement most of us are stuck with a syndrome called Comfort Zone and we put a full stop to learning.
Out of 70 years of average lifespan we
spent studying for 16 years to 18 years only and that too (Famous
Pythagoras Theorem) is never been used in life and I am definitely sure that we
will not be using this in our future too. One of the major aspects in life
highly ignored is “Continuous Personality Development”. Lot of us are just
working with the same personality for decades and expecting miracles to happen
in life. Yearly 10% hike and 8% inflation leaving us with 2% hike in
salary that too if we get 10% hike. My question to all of you guys is if
we want to grow financially from earning lack rupees a month to 3 lack rupees a
month then what is that we have to work on. The definite answer
is Personality has to grow 3 times so that we deserve 3 lack rupees a
month. But the irony is other than learning few technologies which are
demanded by job we haven’t learnt anything new in the last decade.
Personality Development is not just related to only Financial Development but it’s a combination of Physical, Mental, Emotional, Financial and Spiritual Development. It involves improvement in Health, Anger Management, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Attitude, Positive Thinking, Relationships, and Posture. All in all it aims at transformation an old personality to a new personality with its highest potential.
